I have trichotillomania/trichotilloph…

i want to know if my hair will grow back. i pull by the follicle. being doing so for years. ive never had a bald patch and ive never lost my eyebrows or eyelashes. my hair on my sclap however is now definatly thinning. i have 1/2 of the hair i had last year. what do i do. please tell me about any foods or shampoos or routines that can help my hair grow back. please, will my hair grow back if it was pulled by the roots?
