How should a boys grow during puberty?

I'm 13 and have hit some parts of puberty. I have pubes, armpit hair. But I wanted to know if my pens should be growing yet. It hasnt grown an inch and it's still 2.5 inches flaccid. Is this process going to happen soon and is it gradual or does it happen in like a month. Also, I get these small bumps near my crotch, is that like a hair follicle growing? My friends always say there is so big and they joke about it but I don't... Do you think they are just saying that to look cool or they really have big ones. Btw they are all 13. Also, should my voice deepen soon and is that gradual because it annoys me when xbox live ppl joke about my voice and call me a girl.
