How to deal with someone who steals?

If you cant move away, and they always find your stuff if you hide it, what should you do? I get EVERYTHING stolen. My money..everything. I'm completely broke now, and i'm too young to get a job. I saved up all my money so i could get my hair dyed pretty but it got stolen. I just don't know what to do with this person anymore. Should I get a safe? The person would end up finding the key....
