PCOS, Birth control and 4 daily vitamins making me lose weight!?

i have PCOS also, people go on and on about diet which of course is important, but i believe exercisee is even more important, get in the cardio zone most days a week for half an hour, do somestrengthh training. Take really good care of yourself, get into a good habit of being a person who keeps fit and healthy, its the best defense and pcos can get out of control pretty quick, its so hard to lose weight, but not impossible. I know your only 21, so dont rush it, but be aware if you want a family you should plan for one sooner rather than later. (as in don;t wait till your 35 if you can help it)Congratulations on your weight loss, your body wants to be healthy!
