Does anyone know the recipe to some of everyones favorite americanized chinese food?

i love love chinese food. but unfortunatly after finding out that our local chinese food place closed due to the fact that dog was used. im kind of skeeved out. but i still would like to be able to eat the chinese food that i know and love (minus the u know what) and every book i buy only shows traditional chinese food. and im looking for food like fried dumplings, eggrolls, chicken and brocoli and generl taos. anyone know any recipes for those or even a website. thz so much in advance
