Can anyone tell me how their experience was with the t-mobile mytouch 3g slide?

i just signed a contract with tmobile in shreveport/bossier city area and im sooo scared. noone here has their service and say im stupid for doing that. on top of that i got the mytouch 3g slide and while i love the way it looks,,everyones also saying i couldnt of made a bigger mistake with that choise either. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!!! I WOULD REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR TIME!
