What should i do, my friend won't pick up the phone and if she doesn't then my group's in trouble!?!?

nothing you can really do. you could try to go to your friends house but you shouldn't sweat the small stuff. its no big deal. figure a way around it. maybe have you and the other friend bring $10 each and have the others pay you 2 back whenever they can. you really shouldn't be freaking out though.
