I have quit using and never plan on it but concerned about military acceptance please help?

So i smoked a little ago so i might test positive right now,but i will not ever touch drugs of any kind and im very serious about wanting to join the navy should just come clean to recruiter and explain to him that i will not use and if i do so will i be put on a 1yr waiver waiting list?? Or should i wait it out and say good to go the reason why i dont want to do that is what if there is a blood test or follicle test then im screwed and they can kick me then and there for false info and what not so please help and clarify if i come clean and true will i have to wait a year to joing??
