A tie and a firm handshake go a long way in looking for a job. You are going after a job where you will have to deal with people as well as fish. The owner of the business will want to see confidence in the way you carry yourself. Most states you can work part time at 15 and it sounds like that's what you are looking for. Once again wear a tie, look her in the eye, and don't crush her hand but shake it firmly. That is how I've always gone about seeking employment, and I have always been employed. Good luck!
