Does the sun act as a laser?

I got a sunburn recently and am wondering if the radiation from the sun will act like a hair removal laser I mean if it kills my skin can't it kill my hair ? im not stupid so im not gonna go get sunburns from now on constantly but im just curious as to know if solar radiation kills hair follicles or if its even able to... k thnx
