Why Is my dad so mean?

i have somewhat a good amount of friends but my real friend i hang out alot thinks my dad is totally mean to me too! now he grounds me for a month cause i didnt make my bed and always making me come home early just for me to sit on my couch for no reason! i even ask to spend the night at my friends house to get outta his hair and instead he comes back with a NO YOU CAN NOT! IN FACT COME HOME YOUR GROUNDED STUPID PIECE OF ****! and in other times (rarely) he will say yes but that happened only 3 times outta 14 times 3/14 only cause he was drunk me and my friends and friends brother were thinkning about having our own house when im 16 my friend will be 18 and my friends brother will be 20 and everyones telling me why is your dad such a to you? why wont he let you have fun? does your dad hate you or something? does he love you? and i always get heartbroken cause i love my dad we never had any past memories like playing catch or anything! my moms in jail for being framed in stealing a car all i have are my friends and im a good boy i HAD good grades but everything good i do he comes back with your supposed to do that! so have no comeback! so i just gave up i LET my grades drop started having teachers hate me and everything! im just about at the edge of suicide someone help before i cause a scene on the news! make this whole world of dads like mine even worse to think!
