Real BFP or false positive?

I am on my second round of clomid 100mg days 3-7 and on day 13 i had an ultrasound that showed 3 follicles sizes 25mm 25mm and 20mm. So my dr. gave me a shot of 10,000u of hcg. we had everynight for the next 6 days. i had my progesterone checked on day 21 and it was 22.3. i am now on day 26 of my cycle, 13 days past my hcg shot and im getting a very faint positive on my tests. I am trying to not get too excited because i feel like its probably still just the shot. The ONLY symptom i am experiencing is sore . Please tell me what you think, is it a false positive? or the real deal? its Very faint but for sure a positive. Any info is appreciated! Thanks :)
