How do I get rid of blisters on the sole of my foot?

I got 2 blisters one on the sole of each foot. I work in a bar and I am constantly on my feet. I need to get rid of these blisters fast so that I can do my job. I haven't burst them yet. I'm not sure if I should. They're very uncomfortable right now but I'm scared that if I burst them they'll just get worse and I won't be able to stand for very long. Is there any way to get rid of them fast without causing too much pain?
