Help please, i need everyones opinion about this! pleaseeeee?

i was with this guy for two years. we broke up end of last year, and the whole beginning of this year i wasnt over him, im still not. i use to let him use me and everything because i knew that was the only way i'd ever get him. then he got a girlfriend. which cut me so deep, and i was devastated. they went out for like two weeks. and he broke up with her. a month and a half later.. he tells me he likes me now but doesnt want a relationship.. and only 'casual hookups' and everything else.. what do i do..?
