Body hair folicle test?

A friend of mine Has been clean for 4 months... he has had 1 failed body hair follicle test.... they do not test the actual follicle... just the hair. Body hair follicle test dates at 12 months... in 5 months he will have to retest that makes it a total of 9 months of being clean.... he has shavin all of his body hair... and will re gro it during the next 5 months... does anybody know if you have a chance in hell to p this test... please answer if you have a knowledge of the subject.
