PCOS poly-cystic ovarian syndrome, my result came out today, and below is what it says, is this good or bad?

The cystic mes are the eggs that have not yet developed. The follicle in your right ovary is nearing maturity and the egg will be released at your next ovulation. The follicle in the left ovary will be releasing its egg during the following ovulation. It sounds to me like everything was normal and that you don't have PCOS, but then I am not a doctor.
