If you have discomfort & pain & itching around the vulva & vagina AND you have an unpleasant discharge, it sounds like you have an infection of some sort, like a yeast infection or tricniasis. You don't get them from bubble baths but it is very easy to get them if you are on antibiotics. You should see a doctor as soon as possible - if it is interfering with your periods & causing you so much worry it is best to get a proper diagnosis.
