Would a hair follicle drug test, different due to the amount of Meth taken?

My boyfriend drank very little amounts of meth, About 3-4 times. Could the amount of meth used, be detected easily in a hair follicle test. He is bald would that make a difference in the results. Can meth be ped on thru bodily fluids.
