How much should a RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) be paid when she is subbing in an office?

I have recently received my license in dental hygiene and have subbing opportunities, problem is I don't know how much I should be making on these jobs. Any ideas or suggestions of good sites to check out for the info would be much appreciated.
