As a minor, do my parents have the right to quit my job for me?

When they ground me, they keep threatening to take my job away that I worked really hard to get... I am 16 and the only one of my friends that has a job. It is really hard to find jobs in my area, and if I quit my job there is no way I'd be able to get another one until I'm out of school.
