What's the average growth rate of a follicle each day?

I am on FSH injections. My ultrasound today showed a follicle measuring 11. I can't have the trigger until it measures 18. I have another appointment in 3 days. What's the likelihood it'll finally be an 18. Please no rude comments about how all women are different. I'm just after averages is all
