I have boil groups on my shaft and wanted to know what they were?

They are skin colored and look just like boils. Very small and in two small groups. I got antibiotics from my doctor and that's when this started 4 days after. They are starting to itch don't hurt buy make my skin tender. I just want to know what they might be. Should I be worried? They don't look like hair follicles what should I do?
