Could I have PCOS? Need help!!?

I don't think you have PCOS. If all of your hormone levels were normal then it is highly unlikely. Women with PCOS generally have crazy hormone levels as well as hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, excessive hair growth, and many other things. Not all women who have PCOS actually have cysts either. I have PCOS (along with the hypothyroidism & insulin resistance) and I do not have any cysts. Women with PCOS also generally have 9 or less periods a year since our cycles are way crazy. What kind of BC were you on? If it was the depo-provera shot then it could take up to a year for your cycles to return to normal.
