Best Way To Remove Unwanted Hair!?

I would pluck it since it is just one hair, don't shave, especially on your face because it will grow back like leg hair does (gross) but I have dark hair and lighter skin & I bleach my mustache, etc and it works VERY well. They have facial bleach at walmart, fred meyer, target. I think it's sally hanson or something like that in an orange box for $5 and you can use it more than one time.
